Congratulations to Matthew Vibberts for becoming a registered architect in the state of Pennsylvania! Matthew graduated from Virginia Tech’s College of Architecture and Urban Studies (CAUS) with a Bachelor in Architecture in 2014. In 2015, he earned his ‘Construction Documents Technologist’ (CDT) certificate.
Matthew joined DRS Architects in August of 2017 as an architectural designer and has worked on a variety of project types that include healthcare, government, and collegiate athletic facilities. His projects have included major additions and renovations to the Palumbo Center at Duquesne University, the fit-out of the AHN Waterworks Outpatient Clinic and the newly designed DNA facility for the Pennsylvania State Police in Greensburg. These projects have varied in scale and complexity. Matthew takes pride in learning the needs, desires, and culture of a client, as well as the conditions of a project site to assist him in understanding the overall design of a building or space.
