For more than 40 years, I have been honored to be a principal of DRS Architects. I am mainly responsible for project management, design oversight and marketing. It is with great pride that I can say that my experience has led to more than $1 billion in major projects, including the private sector, offices and labs, government, higher education, recreation and wellness and hospitality. And while I am not a person who feels that awards are a necessary part of my profession, I am very pleased with the numerous awards the projects I have worked on have won for design and technical excellence.
As a graduate of the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Architecture, I have used my education and strong business desire as the platform to grow my career as well as DRS Architects. I am a member of the American Institute of Architects, Pennsylvania Society of Architects, and am Certified from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and Construction Specifications Institute (CSI). Locally, I serve as President of the Sewickley Heights Council and serve on the board of the Sewickley Heights History Center. I sit on the Historical Architectural Review Board of Sewickley Heights, am a member of the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy and a board member and past chairman of the YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh. I am registered in Pennsylvania and four other states.
